The Santa Cruz neighborhood, the tourist area par excellence of the city, is home to the Gothic cathedral of Seville, from whose Giralda tower you can enjoy panoramic views, and the Real Alcázar, a Mudejar-Renaissance style palace surrounded by lush gardens. Octopus and Iberian ham are served in the tapas bars on nearby Mateos Gago Street. In the narrow streets of the Jewish quarter and in the squares full of orange trees there are many souvenir, craft and ceramic shops.
The house is located in the center, so access by private car is not ideal. Parking space in the area is scarce. The best way is to take a taxi from the airport or from the train/bus station.
