Neighbourhood

The El Arenal neighborhood in Seville is a fascinating enclave that merges history, tradition and vitality in the heart of the city. Its central location, flanked by the imposing Cathedral and the Guadalquivir River, gives this neighborhood a unique character. With the emblematic Maestranza Bullring as the protagonist.

El Arenal evokes the splendor of bullfighting and is home to a mix of historic and modern businesses. The narrow, charming streets of El Arenal are a feast for the senses, packed with bars and restaurants offering an authentic dining experience. The typically Sevillian architecture, with its whitewashed buildings and interior patios, adds a special charm to every corner.

This neighborhood not only witnesses Seville's rich maritime history, but also immerses itself in contemporary times with notable cultural events, such as Holy Week and the April Fair. The Triana Bridge connects El Arenal with the lively Triana neighborhood, allowing panoramic walks along the river and completing the unique experience offered by this corner of Seville.

Transport

The house is located downtown, so the access with a private car is not easy. Parking space in the area is scarce.

The best way is to take a taxi from the airport or from the train/ bus station or to take the Metro to Puerta de Jerez or the tram to Archivo de Indias, from these two stops it is within walking distance.

We offer transport service from the airport or from the train station. Please contact us in advance to book it.
